When you download and launch the App, we collect data required for service operation, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation based on iKuuu VPN's network distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate connection quality data; 3. Service communication such as important updates, security notices or necessary account reminders sent to your reserved email or username.

We only transmit anonymous or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, user-safety protection or work with entrusted providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data will be properly kept during the service validity period and for a reasonable grace period thereafter. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. In addition, this App strictly prohibits use by minors under the age of 13. We will not intentionally solicit any data from this group, and upon discovering the mistaken collection of such information, we will immediately initiate permanent deletion procedures. Guardians are advised to contact us via the aforementioned email so that we can take necessary technical interventions. To ensure data confidentiality, we have deployed multiple layers of physical and electronic defense systems to safeguard your information security in all aspects.
