Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and iKuuu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify or misuse the App or related trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because doing so can reduce system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when the service cannot be used because of account arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions or local network conditions. Mobile data or roaming use may generate carrier charges, which are the responsibility of the user. Please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to drained battery, system failure or unavailable local network is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate node and route information, but some network status depends on third-party infrastructure. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service in reasonable circumstances. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect your ability to use our software as intended. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
